Ministry of Spiritual Growth and Renewal

The development of Spiritual Life, Renewal and Celebration, is one of three directions of the church.  Spiritual Life focuses on developing continuing events, retreats, presentations, experiences, church gatherings and celebrations with an emphasis on Western contemplative religious tradition that integrate into the life of the church and the existing CCC ministry.  Co-Chairs Rev. Don Felt and Lydia Hull are leading the effort to continue to develop ways CCC can be directly involved in renewing and supporting the spiritual formation of its members as well as the wider community.  

This ministry also expands the ways the sacred spaces of our Sanctuary, Seminar Room, Outdoor garden/lawn area, and Outdoor labyrinth are utilized beyond our Sunday services.

Weddings can be scheduled and conducted, weather permitting, in our lovely outdoor lawn area overlooking the Golden Gate bridge, San Francisco Bay, Marin hills, or year round in our windowed Sanctuary. A beautiful spot for smaller weddings is our large-windowed smaller Seminar Room. For more information and to download an application form, please click on the "Wedding Ministry" link, above. It is our policy to accomodate
 wedding service only.  Space for wedding receptions is not available.

Memorials and Baptisms are negotiated in the desired space when requested.  Please click on one of the links to the left for more information.

The walls of the Sanctuary and Seminar Room are the location of the Ministry of the Arts' ROCK HILL GALLERY, which hosts the works of Bay area artists. Each exhibit generally runs for six weeks.  

CCC is building an Endowment Fund to assure the on-going presence of this sacred space and continuation of worship services and programmed activities. Donations and bequests are welcomed and can be appropriately processed.
