Ministry of Healing

For many years, a group of CCC members has conducted a healing ministry, which includes meeting together once a week (Mondays from 1-3PM)  for the purpose of intentionally holding the names and presence of people seeking recovery from illness, disease, injury, depression, recent surgery, and grief.  Along with prayers, this service involves a laying on of hands and silent meditation.  

At both Sunday morning services, individual names are received for prayers by the congregation in silent prayer and meditation.  The names are also prayed for during the healing ministry meeting.  

The ministers, as well as members of our Community Life and Healing Ministry Teams, make calls on homebound ill,  as well as those in   hospitals and rehabilitation facilities.
