Worship Services at Community Congregational Church
A United Church of Christ 

CCC is located on a hill in Tiburon, California overlooking San Francisco Bay, the Marin hills, Mt. Tamalpais and Golden Gate Bridge.  CCC blends liberal Christian Spirituality with an openness to other traditions and to the mystical and contemplative aspects of religious belief and practice.  Our style of worship is relatively informal. Our minister, Rev. Dr. Curran Reichert provides regular worship leadership and theological reflection.  Our talented pianist, Scott DeTurk, provides weekly music accompaniment on our Yamaha grand piano.

7:30 AM:  This quiet, more contemplative service for early risers includes a time of silent meditation, simple chants, a message, Biblical and poetry readings, and time for sharing of joys and prayers of concern.  It is held in our beautiful seminar room.

10:00 AM:  This service also includes time for silent meditation, singing together, special music, a message, Biblical and special readings, time for sharing joys, announcements, and prayers of concern, and ends in a large circle where the benediction is sung.   Child care and activities are provided for babies and children.
