Personnel Committee

The Personnel Committee, appointed by the Board, is responsible for recommending policies and procedures for employment, termination, and annual reviews of the lay and professional staff, excluding the minister, and makes recommendations to the Board regarding relations with the staff.  The Personnel Committee provides a forum for an open exchange of ideas or concerns related to personnel.
