BLACK LIVES MATTER
We live in a system that keeps Americans divided by race ~ those who live traumatized by it and those who have benefited from it. As persons of faith, and followers of the radical teacher Jesus, we feel we must speak out against injustice and not just be passive protesters. Read the full statement from our Minister and Board here.
Join us in supporting Trans HeartLine
A CCC team provides meals, on a rotating basis with other groups, for clients at Trans HeartLine house. Trans HeartLine builds bridges between the Transgender community and the rest of the world through community education and advocacy, direct post-op housing, and wrap-around services related to gender affirmation surgery, with innovative and compassionate care. |
We engage with and provide financial support to:

The Hannah Project - The Hannah Project Freedom School in Marin City, CA has shown visible, measurable results in the community, including increased academic achievement and greatly improved self-image for participants.
Marin Organizing Committee – CCC is a founding organization of Marin Organizing Committee (MOC), an affiliate of the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF), the nation's oldest and largest leadership development and organizing network. We help promote involvement of faith and other communities in the political decision-making process. Visit the MOC website here.
